Summer is officially over and fall is upon us.  The Summer anime season is also coming to an end and that means some of our favorite series will be going away.  The new fall season hasn’t fully started yet, so we will have a special screening this week of 2 new movie releases.

Our next screening will be Saturday, October 1st, from Noon till 5PM.  We will be screening the English Dubs of “Trigun: Badlands Rumble” and “The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya”.  With this special screening comes a new location for the SLAC to meet up.  We will be splitting our 2 monthly screenings between the Westwego Library and the West Bank Regional Libray.  The meeting room at the WBR is amazing!  The room is huge!  It also has a sound system and a great video system along with couple of computers.
